Jahnessa Payne, Nutritionist and Bioengineer
I've combined my technical background with culinary creativity to take a solutions-based approach in the kitchen, creating meals that anyone can use to fuel their lifestyle. My specialty is sport and performance nutrition, with experience working with collegiate athletes. I enjoy sharing West Indian cuisine, balancing comfort foods to be more nutritious, and putting plant-based spins on carnivore favorites!
